A soccer immersion program in Santander featuring daily training at official Racing facilities and Futbox, applying the Racing methodology. Players receive an individual analysis through the Racing 360 app. The program includes friendly matches, holistic development workshops, and sightseeing activities. Participants experience the daily life of a historic club with continuous support under "Proyecto Victoria".

Facilities: Real Racing Club facilities, Futbox Santander, El Sardinero Stadium for training or matches, and the team hotel.

Dates: Flexible dates based on group or demand (program is adaptable for clubs and academies).

Program Schedule: The program offers a comprehensive routine combining daily training based on Racing’s technical, tactical, and physical methodology, along with individual technical sessions and personalized tracking via the Racing 360º app. Players play friendly matches to apply what they have practiced and participate in educational workshops on nutrition, injury prevention, and sports psychology. The plan also includes cultural activities to explore Santander and Cantabria, as well as the opportunity to attend first-team training sessions or matches.
