Overview
Inter Gijón is devoted exclusively to developing women’s soccer talent. The academy offers a high-performance environment led by UEFA-licensed coaches and specialists in female athletic development. Training blends technical, tactical, physical, and mental work to help each player reach her potential.

Player Evaluation
Every player begins with a complete assessment—speed and agility testing, ball-control and passing drills, and a review of playing style and mindset. The results shape a personal plan with clear objectives such as improving finishing, positioning, or explosive strength.

Training Approach
Sessions alternate between technical work, tactical systems (4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, etc.), and physical preparation focused on power, endurance, and injury prevention.
Weekly video analysis supports individual and team feedback. Goalkeepers train separately with a dedicated coach, while players also meet with a sports psychologist and nutritionist.

Performance Tracking
Depending on available technology, players receive periodic reports summarizing progress and key metrics.
