SEASON PROGRAM

WOSPAC Barcelona is the BEST season boarding football and private education program in Spain, founded in 2010, is a leading high-performance football academy and boarding school that welcomes international players from 11 to 24 years old. Its programs combine elite sports training, academic development, and personal growth, providing young athletes with the tools to build a successful future in football and life.

At WOSPAC, we don't guarantee you'll become a professional footballer, and anyone who does is misleading you. We're not marketing; we're a sports and educational academy that shares your goal: for you to dedicate yourself to our passion, football. WOSPAC offers you a real-world experience so you can grow as a player and as a person, and build your future with effort, perseverance, and sacrifice. There will be good times and not-so-good times along the way, but together we will help you overcome them. Football Training

The WOSPAC 360º Program offers a professional football training experience led by UEFA-licensed coaches. Players train twice per day — morning and afternoon — with around 20 hours of football training per week on the field, in the gym, and in the swimming pool. All players have the opportunity to participate in official teams and competitive matches through partnerships with football clubs in Barcelona across all levels, providing real match experience in Spain’s top football environment (Each case will be carefully analyzed to determine if it meets the requirements to be able to play matches and/or tournaments with local teams.).

Academic Development

Education is a fundamental part of the WOSPAC 360º Programs’ philosophy. Depending on each player’s age, profile, and goals, there are two academic pathways available in Barcelona:

1) WOSPAC + Agora International School Barcelona

For students between 11 and 18 years old. This program integrates education, training, accommodation, and personal development all in one location. Students attend Agora International Barcelona, a private, trilingual International Baccalaureate (IB) World School committed to academic excellence and sports integration. The schedule includes around 20 hours of sports training and 25 hours of classroom instruction per week, designed to support high-performance athletes.

2) WOSPAC + Online Study

A flexible pathway for over 18 years old players, prioritizing football development, while continuing their studies through accredited Spanish online platforms, football courses, Spanish classes, master or degree education.

We help young athletes build independence, responsibility, and strong habits that will serve them far beyond their time here.

Unlike a typical university dorm, our residence is specifically for student-athletes and is supervised at all times. This means your child lives, studies, and trains in a safe and healthy environment focused on discipline, performance, and personal well-being. Your peace of mind is our priority — we act as your eyes in Barcelona, making sure your son or daughter is supported, guided, and cared for every day.

Our facilities include accommodation, dining services, medical support, a gym, swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, and dedicated study and leisure areas — all supervised to ensure safety and structure. We are here not only to provide a place to live, but to offer security, guidance, and an environment where your child can become the best version of themselves.
